General Information on Credits

What are credits?

Credits unlock our personalized experiences created just for your child:

• Bedtime stories (usually 1 credit)
• Talk to Santa conversations (1 to 3 credits, depending on the experience)
• Write your topic calls, where you choose what Santa talks about (2 credits)

The number of credits needed is shown on each experience, next to your balance, before you create it.

How do I get credits?

• The Magic Pass includes 10 credits (for a limited time).
• Magic Pass holders can buy credit packs of 10 or 50 credits on the Premium page. Credit packs are not available without a Magic Pass.

When are credits used?

Credits are only deducted when your creation is confirmed (for example, when you approve your story or create your conversation).

Do credits expire?

Credit packs are active for 1 year from purchase.

Where can I see my balance?

In My account > Subscription & billing, and on each story, conversation or call that uses credits.
