How can I prevent PNP emails from being rejected or undelivered?

To make sure PNP emails (login links, purchase confirmations and video notifications) reach your inbox:

1. Add PNP to your contacts or safe senders: add no-reply@portablenorthpole.com to your address book or safe-sender list.
2. Check spam, junk and promotions folders. If you find a PNP email there, mark it as Not spam so future emails arrive in your inbox.
