What video options are available?

Our videos come in different formats. You'll see the format as a label on each video in the Videos section and in the video details:

• Classic videos: Santa speaks directly to your child.
• Video call: presented like a video call with Santa.
• With Call: during the video, Santa calls a real phone.
• Interactive: your child makes choices during the video.
• For 1 kid or group: made for one child or a group (Santa can say up to four names, or address the group).

To create one: open the video, click Personalize, choose 1 recipient or Multiple recipients if asked, then fill in the form.

Your video is saved in My Creations, where you can watch and share it. Premium videos need an active Magic Pass or a single video purchase.
