How can I stop receiving emails from PNP/ Newsletter?

⚠️ This article is only about marketing emails (newsletter and special offers). It is not about cancelling a subscription or deleting your account. For those, see How do I cancel my subscription? or How do I delete my PNP account?

On the website

1. Log in, click your name at the top right and select My account.
2. In Marketing Preferences, turn off I consent to receive emails about PNP products and special offers.

You can also click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any marketing email.

In the app, open My Account, tap the section with your name and turn off the newsletter option.

You'll still receive important emails about your account, purchases and creations (for example login links and video notifications).
