Why is Santa saying the wrong age in the Birthday Video?

The birthday video uses the birth date you entered to calculate the child's age at their next birthday. So if you create the video after the birthday has passed, Santa will say the age the child will be next year.

Example: a child born on August 7, 2016, with a birthday video created on August 10, 2026, will hear Santa say they are 11.

If you want to watch the video after the birthday:

1. Go to My Creations > Videos and open the birthday video.
2. Click ⋮ (more options) > Edit.
3. Change the birth year to one year later and save.
4. The video generates again; then play it.
