Invoices and Taxes

How your invoice is issued depends on where you bought your PNP purchase:

• In the PNP mobile app: the purchase is billed and invoiced by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your receipt comes from them, and they collect any local taxes included in the price.
• On the PNP website: the purchase is handled directly by Portable North Pole through our secure payment partners: credit or debit card (processed by Stripe), PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay, depending on your device and browser.

About taxes on website purchases

Prices are shown before taxes. If taxes apply to your purchase where you live, the amount is added and displayed in the cart before you pay, so you always see the total first. Portable North Pole is a Canadian company (UGroupMedia Inc.); for full details, see section 13 of our Terms of Sale.
