If the video doesn't play:
- Check your internet connection (a stable connection of at least 10 Mbps is recommended).
- Make sure you opened the full link. If it came in a message, try copying it into your browser.
- Try another browser, such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, and make sure it is up to date.
- Check that your device's volume is up and not on silent mode.
