How long do my videos, calls and other creations stay available?

Every creation in My Creations shows its creation date and how long it stays available (for example, Expires in 4 months), so you always know what to expect.

General rules

• Free trial videos stay available until the start of February after the holiday season, then they are deleted.
• Free birthday videos are deleted 30 days after the birthday.
• Premium videos are archived at the end of the season. You can watch your archived videos from previous years as long as you have an active Magic Pass.
• Calls must be placed before their expiry date shown in My Creations.

Want to keep a video forever? Download it with a Magic Pass or a Download Pass. See How do I download a video message?.

The full rules are in our Terms of Sale.
