Q: Why doesn't my video have any sound on my mobile device?

Please check that your device isn't on silent mode: iPhone: check the Ring/Silent switch (or Action button) on the side. Some apps still play sound in silent mode, but PNP videos don't. iPad and Android: open the control center or quick settings and make sure silent / do not disturb is off. Then make sure the media volume is turned up while the video is playing (use the volume buttons during playback). See Apple's instructions. If you still have no sound, contact our elves using our support request form, and tell us the steps you've already tried.
