How do I create the video?

1. Log in to your Portable North Pole account on the mobile app or website, and navigate to the "Videos" section
2. Choose the Santa visit video, click "Personalize," and select your recipient
3. Fill in the required fields and click "Create Video." Your personalized message will appear in "My Creations" under "Videos"

Now, the only thing left to do is share your video!

 

Can I preview the video?

Yes! While selecting the video, simply click the play icon to see a preview.

 

Can I change/edit my video?

Absolutely! Here’s how:

1. Log in to your account on the PNP website or mobile app.
2. Go to "My Creations" and then the "Videos" tab.
3. Open the video, click the ⋮ (more options) button and select "Edit", make your changes, and click "Create Video."

The updated video will appear in "My Creations" under "Videos."

 

How do I share my video?

On the PNP mobile app: Select the video you want to share, and choose any of the displayed share options to send a link to your video through any applicable app installed on your device.

 

On the PNP website: Find the video you want to share in "My Creations," and select the "Share" option. This allows you to share your video with friends and family on Facebook, by email, or by copying a link.

NOTE: Choose "Share with [child's name]" to send a kid-safe version of the video.
