How do I renew or restart my Magic Pass?

If your Magic Pass has expired or you cancelled the automatic renewal, you can get a new one at any time.

On the PNP website

1. Go to portablenorthpole.com and click Log in (top right). Use the same email as your previous Magic Pass so your recipients and creations stay together.
2. Click Premium in the top menu.
3. Choose the Magic Pass that suits you (1 year with automatic renewal, or 5 years as a one-time purchase) and click its price.
4. Review the cart, choose your payment method and confirm.

Your Magic Pass is active right away. You can check it in My account > Subscription & billing.

In the mobile app

Subscriptions bought in the app are managed by the store:

• Apple: Manage or cancel a subscription from Apple
• Google Play: see the "Restart or resubscribe" section of this page
