Why can't I go to the next page when I'm filling in the form to create a personalized message?

A few possible reasons:

1. A required field (marked with *) is empty. Check the warning messages in the form, including the box to accept the terms.
2. Your session expired. Refresh the page, log in again and restart the form.
3. Cookies are disabled in your browser. See How do I enable cookies on my browser?
4. Your internet connection dropped. An active connection is needed to move between form pages.
