Why am I having trouble uploading a photo in the personalization form?

Please make sure your photo:

• Is a JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF file
• Is at least 640 x 480 pixels
• Is no larger than 8 MB

To check a photo's size: on iPhone or iPad, open it in the Files app and touch and hold it, then tap Get Info; on Android, open the Files app and check the file details.

Can't see the bottom of the photo window on the website? Scroll inside the window, or zoom out your browser (press Ctrl and -, or Cmd and - on Mac). Press Ctrl/Cmd and 0 to go back to 100%.

Still not working?

• Try another photo, or take a new one with your camera.
• Try another browser (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge), or update the app.
• Restart your device.
