White And Green Dried Meringues

Ingredients:
  • 6 tablespoons (90 ml) of Sugar
  • Cream of tartar
  • 2 egg whites
Preparation:
  1. Whisk the egg whites
  2. Add a pinch of cream of tartar
  3. Sprinkle in the sugar gradually
  4. Whisk until they become very, very thick
  5. Put half of the meringue in a pastry bag
  6. Add the food coloring
  7. Put other half of the meringue in a pastry bag
In the oven:
