What do I do if I lose access to my PNP account?

If you've lost access to your PNP account, contact our elves using our support request form. If you can't log in, use the chat bubble at the bottom right of the website. Please include:

• The email address of the account
• Roughly when the account was created
• The name on the account
• Purchases made on the account (receipts help)
• Your recipients' names and your most recent creations

Tip: not sure which email you used? Search your inboxes for emails from no-reply@portablenorthpole.com. The address that received them is probably the right one.
