How do I choose my recipient's name and pronunciation?

When you personalize a video, call, story or conversation, type the child's first name. Under Santa will say… you'll see how Santa will say it. Click Preview to hear it.

If Santa doesn't know the name, you'll see Sorry, there is no exact match. Click See other options to choose a similar name or a nickname (for example My Friend or Angel). Click the speaker icon to listen, select one and click Use this.

The name shown on screen in videos stays exactly as you typed it.
