The elves can think of a few reasons:
- It was a free video. Free trial videos are deleted at the start of February after the season.
- It's from a previous season. Premium videos are archived at the end of the season; you can watch them with an active Magic Pass.
- The link changed or is incomplete. Log in and check My Creations (use the year selector), then click the video to play it.
- It was deleted from My Creations, or the recipient was deleted.
Videos created before 2015 may no longer be available; ask the creator if they downloaded a copy.
If none of these apply, contact our elves using our support request form, and include the link (web address) of the video.
