Why isn't my child's name displayed correctly in the video message?

There's a difference between the name shown on screen and the name Santa says:

• The name shown on screen is exactly what you typed in Child's first name.
• The name Santa says is the pronunciation shown under Santa will say…. Click Preview to hear it.

Special characters from non-Latin alphabets (for example Arabic or Chinese) may not display in the video. Please use the Latin alphabet when typing the name.
