The free trial video is a short personalized message from Santa that grown-ups can create for children, on the website or in the app, during the Christmas season. Look for the Free trial label in the Videos section.
It has fewer personalizations than Premium videos and doesn't include Santa's verdict, but it's a lovely first taste of the magic. Free trials are usually available until December 19.
Free videos can be watched online until the start of February after the holiday season; then they are deleted. Each video shows its expiry in My Creations. To keep it, download it before then with a Magic Pass or a Download Pass.
