The free birthday video is available all year round, on the website and in the app.
When you add a recipient's birthday, you can turn on the Free Birthday video so Santa sends a personalized birthday message every year. You can turn it off anytime in My recipients.
Free birthday videos are deleted 30 days after the birthday. With a Magic Pass, you can download them in HD to keep forever. Free users can also download them with a Download Pass.
