About pricing

Not everything on Portable North Pole is paid. You can enjoy, for free:

• A free trial video from Santa during the Christmas season (look for the Free trial label in the Videos section)
• A free birthday video for each recipient whose birthday you add
• Printable activities in the Activities section and stories and fun facts in Santa's Village
• Free games in the Kids' Corner of the PNP mobile app

Our Premium videos, calls, stories and Talk to Santa conversations are paid because every season we film new scenes in Santa's Village and build new personalized experiences. You can unlock them one at a time or get everything with a Magic Pass. Prices are shown in your local currency on the Premium page.
