Trouble Logging In with Facebook Connect? Here's How to Regain Access

If you created your PNP account with Facebook and can't log in that way, you can log in with the same email address as your Facebook account instead. You'll keep all your videos, recipients and your Magic Pass.

1. Click Log in at the top right of the website (or open the login screen in the app).
2. Choose Continue with Email.
3. Enter the email address linked to your Facebook account and click Confirm Email.
4. We send a magic link to that address. Open the email and click Log In Now.

Not sure which email your Facebook account uses? Check it in your Facebook settings under Accounts Center > Personal details > Contact info.
