What do I do if my transaction is refused?

If your payment is refused:

1. Check the details you entered: card number, expiry date, security code (CVV) and billing information.
2. Try another payment method. On the website you can pay by card (through Stripe), PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay (when your device supports them).
3. Contact your bank or card issuer. Banks sometimes block online or foreign-currency payments. They can tell you why the payment was declined and approve it.

If the purchase was made in the app, the payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play: check your payment method in your store account.
