What is a Santa Call?

A Santa Call is a personalized message from Santa delivered as a real phone call to the number you choose.

Choosing a call

In the Calls section you'll find calls for birthdays, congratulations, behavior, encouragement, Christmas Eve, after Christmas and more. Some calls are Write your topic calls: you describe what Santa should talk about in your own words. These use credits (the number is shown on the call).

Placing the call

1. Personalize the call. It's saved in My Creations > Calls.
2. Click Place Call or Schedule call and enter a valid phone number.
3. The recipient answers, hears an elf, and presses 1 to listen to Santa.

You have 3 attempts to complete a call. An attempt is used if nobody answers, or if voicemail answers or nobody presses 1. After 3 attempts, the call can't be sent again, so let the recipient know it's coming.

Each call shows its expiry date in My Creations; make sure to place it before then.

The caller doesn't pay any long-distance fees. The recipient's phone plan may charge for receiving international or roaming calls.
