How to talk to an agent?

To reach an elf:

1. Log in to your PNP account.
2. Open the menu under your name and select Support & FAQ.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Help Center and click Contact support, or go straight to our support request form.

Magic Pass holders get personalized email support from our elves.
